FINAL UPDATE:
Microsoft has stated that they have completed mitigation for the affected Microsoft 365 services, and can confirm that most of these services have recovered. However, Intune and Microsoft Managed Desktop remain impacted. Microsoft published IT244611 and MG244657 to follow these events.
PREVIOUS UPDATES:
Microsoft 365 is experiencing continued issues related to the outage on 3/15/2021. Ongoing items include issues management of Exchange Mailboxes, issues with files stored in SharePoint online, and other file access including OneDrive. As of this time, it is believed that all other issues related to the outage have been corrected. If you are seeing ongoing issues please contact support and a ticket can be opened with Microsoft.

The update has finished its deployment to all impacted regions. Microsoft 365 services continue the process of recovery and are showing decreasing error rates in telemetry. We’ll continue to monitor service health as availability is restored.

Microsoft 365 is currently experiencing some widespread issues impacting multiple Microsoft 365 apps. Some or all services may be impacted for users. Microsoft has acknowledged the issue on their health status page, status.office365.com, but has no ETA for an expected resolution. We will update this post when more information is available.

These issues are solely on the Microsoft systems. We will be happy to record and report any issues you might be experiencing.
