This Sunday, 3/28/21, at 1 pm Eastern (10 am Pacific) we will be performing a planned update to our load balancing systems. During the maintenance window, there may be a brief moment of disconnect when the failover between active and standby units is forced. There will be no impact on email activity. If you lose your platform connection, or are unable to sign-in, you have likely hit the system during the reconnect. Wait a moment and retry.

The expected maintenance period is 2 hours.
