Due to the removal of DAP from MS365, the process of transitioning a customer tenant to the V3 platform is currently not functioning automatically (clicking “continue transition” will cause the transition flow to stall out). Our dev team is working on a fix to the automated process. In the meantime, if you need to initiate a transition, please reach out to the support team so they can manually assist on the back end until the platform issue is resolved.
