10:00 am EST: Microsoft Office 365 is currently experiencing widespread issues with mail delivery and multifactor authentication. Mail to and from O365 customers may be delayed up to 30 minutes. In addition, the multi factor authentication function of Office 365 is experiencing widespread outages across the entire US and in some other countries as well.

These issues are solely on the Microsoft systems. Microsoft has confirmed this is a global outage and have not yet posted an ETA for an expected resolution. We will update this post when more information is available. If you are experiencing issues, we will be happy to record and report to Microsoft on your behalf.

Weather Watch: Hurricane Dorian

While Hurricane Dorian does not currently pose a direct impact threat to our headquarters in Tampa, Florida, depending upon storm path, potential power outages could affect phone support and callback time early next week.

This storm will have no impact on our hosted services — all servers are securely housed in our state-of-the art facility located in San Jose, California.

Network News will be updated as we continue to monitor the path of this storm and, if any, more serious impact is expected.

O365 Transition Process now includes Microsoft Cloud Agreement Approval

The automated transition process for O365 customers moving to the 2.0 Platform now includes approval of the required Microsoft Cloud Agreement, eliminating the need for any additional manual steps. The addition of the Microsoft Cloud Agreement does require admin acceptance of this agreement for customers currently in the 2.o Platform.

Simply have the appropriate user go to their “My Services” page and click the Microsoft 365 carrot. A warning will appear notifying them of the need to complete the necessary form. Click “Do It Now!”, and the 4-field form will auto-populate with the user’s information. Click “AGREE!”, and they’re all set!

*Some users may need to clear their browser cache in order to experience the new platform updates.

This update was included in our 1.2 Sprint Release communication. If you’d like to sign up for Sprint Release communications, please email our support team and we’ll add you to the list.
