These issues are solely on the Microsoft systems. We will be happy to record and report any issues you might be experiencing.
During our planned datacenter maintenance on Saturday, 3/13/21, at approximately 9:30 pm Eastern (6:30 pm Pacific), a system move created a disruption in the auto license removal reconciliation process that created an interruption in Microsoft 365 service for some users. Our engineering team quickly diagnosed the issue and moved to restore affected users for the tenants affected by this interruption. Restoration was complete in full by 1:30 am Eastern. This interruption did not result in any data loss. However, emails that were sent to these users during this period of time may have resulted in a bounce. To prevent this issue from reoccurring in future datacenter maintenance periods, the reconciliation process has been amended to better handle possible interruptions in database access.
If you were affected by this interruption, our support team will be in touch with your primary contact. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team.
As a part of our ongoing efforts to streamline and optimize our technologies, we will be making some updates to the systems in our data center between Friday, March 12th and Sunday, March 14th. There are no anticipated outages relating to these updates, however, a short interruption in service due to unforeseen conditions is possible. If you note any issues during this time, please contact our support team so that they can keep our engineers informed of anything that may arise.
A temporary issue that caused a brief interruption to our Secret Double Octopus passwordless authentication system was discovered at 1 pm Eastern today, March 10, 2021. An earlier network update rendered the server inaccessible from outside the internal network. The network configuration was immediately corrected and passwordless authentication was restored to full functionality. Passwordless authentication was offline for a portion of our customers for approx 15-20 min. NOTE: this impacted passwordless authentication, no other services were impacted.
Load balance configurations have been adjusted to ensure that all authentication requests properly automatically re-direct to an alternative authentication server in the event a single system becomes inaccessible.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support department.
The planned update has been completed.

An update to the Secret Double Octopus infrastructure is planned for Tuesday, March 9, 2021, at 10 pm Eastern (7 pm Pacific). The systems being updated are redundant, but there is a chance that there may be a short interruption in SDO authentication while this update is underway. The update is expected to take no more than 1 hour.

Our Exchange systems have been fully patched against the latest zero-day vulnerabilities and the environment is fully protected at this time.
Post-patching all Exchange systems were scanned to ensure that the systems had not been compromised prior to patching. No backdoors or other issues related to the vulnerabilities were detected. At this time we have no expectation of any additional impact on the environment due to this latest vulnerability.
Update:
The planned update has been completed.
