Microsoft Operations Impact – Wednesday, 2/17/21, 12:30 pm Eastern (9:30 am Pacific)
Microsoft is experiencing an unusually high volume of traffic on their platform and this is impacting some Office 365 operations including the validation of domains, creation of partner relationships, and other top-level tenant operations. The temporary delay in some outbound mail has been resolved and all pending mail has been confirmed processed at this time. Please contact support if you have any questions or experience any issues.

RESOLVED: Microsoft 365 Outage – Friday, 1/14/21, 8:30 am Eastern (5:30 am Pacific)
UPDATE: Per Microsoft, the outage has been resolved and all Microsoft 365 services should be accessible as normal.
ORIGINAL: Microsoft 365 is currently experiencing some widespread issues impacting multiple Microsoft 365 apps or services including Teams, email, and SharePoint services, among others.
Microsoft has acknowledged the issue, but has no ETA for an expected resolution. We will update this post when more information is available.

Google/Gmail Outage May Result in Returned Messages, Tuesday, 12/15/20
UPDATE (8:05 pm ET): Google is reporting the issues with Gmail have been resolved. However, some systems will not return bounced mail for a period of several hours. If you are still experiencing send issues to Gmail contacts, please call or email our support team so we can track the information and ensure that there are no lingering issues.
ORIGINAL POST: Google is, again, reporting issues with their Gmail email services this evening, Tuesday, 12/15/20. This outage may lead to some email being sent to Gmail contacts to be returned or “bounced”. Returns may extend past the “fix” status of Gmail as some systems will not return bounced mail for a period of several hours.

If you have received a returned message from a Gmail contact your email has not been delivered and it is best to attempt a resend after the issues are reported as resolved.

Microsoft 365 Exchange Email outage – Tuesday, 12/1/20, 10:30 am EST (7:30 am PST)
Microsoft Office 365 is currently experiencing some widespread issues impacting the Teams and Exchange platforms, as well as service login. As of this time some users are reporting that they are unable to login, whereas others are able to login to the platform or are able to continue to use existing logins but are unable to send or receive messages. In addition, teams is showing both partial and total degradation in the form of missing features and functions for some users, and a total service outage for others.
Additional services that have interrelated dependencies, such as SharePoint, may also be impacted.
Microsoft has acknowledged the issue, but has no ETA for an expected resolution. We will update this post when more information is available.
