RESOLVED: Microsoft 365 Exchange Email outage – Tuesday, 11/10/20, 12:30 pm EST (9:30 am PST)

UPDATE:
Microsoft reports that all issues have been resolved.
ORIGINAL POST:
Microsoft Office 365 is currently experiencing some widespread issues on their Exchange Email platform. As of this time some users are reporting that the email service is entirely inaccessible and in the case where a user is still able to login, messages cannot be sent or received. In addition, administrators are unable to access the Exchange Administration console in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
Additional services that have Exchange dependencies, such as Microsoft Teams are similarly impacted.
Microsoft has acknowledged the issue, and has identified the root cause, but has no ETA for an expected resolution. We will update this post when more information is available.
These issues are solely on the Microsoft systems, at this time we will be happy to record and report any issues you might be experiencing.

RESOLVED: Microsoft 365 Service Inaccessibility, Wednesday, 10/7/20, 3:30 pm EST (12:30 pm PST)

UPDATE (5:30 pm EST/2:30 pm PST):

Microsoft has has confirmed that a recent update to network infrastructure resulted in impact to Microsoft 365 services. Most recent update indicates that all services with the exception of Admin Center are “healthy” or “recovering”. Continue to monitor https://status.office.com/ for added updates.

RESOLVED: Microsoft 365 Authentication – Wednesday, 9/23/20, 1:15 pm EST

UPDATE:

The connectivity between the hosted services platform authentication environment and Microsoft 365 has been re-established and authentications are now working normally. If you encounter any issues, please do not hesitate to contact support.

We are currently encountering some difficulty with federated authentication to Microsoft 365 through the hosted services platform. We are working on the issue and we will provide updates as more information becomes available.

Global Relay Scheduled Maintenance Notification – Friday, 9/11/20, 8 pm EST (5 pm PST)

Global Relay has published the following notification for an upcoming scheduled maintenance notification for Global Relay Archive 9:

DETAILS:

Date/Time: Friday, September 11, 2020, starting at 8 pm ET (12 am UTC September 12) and lasting approximately two hours.
Release Type: Patch
Description: A backend upgrade to support Global Relay Archive 9 services.
Customer Impact: During this maintenance period, users will be unable to log in to Global Relay Archive 9. Upon completion of this maintenance, users will be able to log in again.

All messages will be archived as normal.

RESOLVED: CRM 2011 Connectivity Issues – Monday, 7/20/20

UPDATE: CRM connectivity issues have been resolved. If you are experiencing issues, please reach out to our support team

ORIGINAL POST: There is currently an issue with connectivity to CRM 2011 due to browser updates that require a higher level of connection security. The necessary updates to the CRM servers are being made now and we expect connectivity to be fully restored once the updates are complete.

If you are experiencing issues logging in, you can use Firefox on Windows or Mac systems and temporarily permitting the use of TLS 1.0 & 1.1.
