As of 6:37 am EST, 7/31/19, Reflexion has removed they delayed outbound warnings for their services. However, inbound is still showing a delay at this time. We are continuing to monitor their system status and will update as soon as “inbound” mail show as completely resolved. As previously noted, no email has been lost, and all queued email should be delivered.

Customers consuming Reflexion services may be experiencing delays on both inbound and outbound messages. Reflexion has ensured our team that their engineering team is actively working to resolve mail flow service. Once the issue is resolved on Reflexion’s side all queued messages will be delivered.
